Once a student completes the registration process, they are required to complete the admission formalities within 24–48 hours.
After successful admission, all study materials will be provided digitally via email.
If a student requires hard copies of study materials, an additional payment will be applicable. Study materials are available in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
The charges are as follows:
Diploma in Naturopathy (N.D.) – ₹2,850/-
(3 Books + Assignments)
Bachelor’s in Alternative System of Medicine (B.A.S.M.) – ₹3,350/-
(4 Books + Assignments)
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) – ₹3,850/-
(5 Books + Assignments)
Specialised Study of PhD in Naturopathy – ₹4,250/-
(6 Books + Assignments)
Once admission is confirmed, any payment made by the student is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case a student fails to pay any installment on time, the institute reserves the right to levy a penalty of ₹2,000 per month until the dues are cleared.
Any violation of the rules and regulations set by the institute may result in suspension of the student.
Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or actions causing disruption to the institute may lead to strict legal action as per applicable laws.
If a student chooses to cancel the course after payment for a specific program, no refund will be provided by the institute.
If a student fails to appear for the examination within the scheduled time, re-examination charges of ₹4,300/- will be applicable.
Students must appear for the examination within one year from the course completion period. After the expiry of this period, the institute will not permit the student to appear for the examination.
If a student fails to collect the certificate from the assigned branch within the stipulated time, the institute will not hold the certificate for more than one month.
Under the distance learning format, the institute does not provide marksheets or scorecards.
If an identity card is required, students must make an additional payment of ₹950/- plus applicable delivery charges.

The institute does not share any personal information such as name, contact number, email address, or location with any third party.
Upon completion of the course, students may apply for jobs independently. The institute does not guarantee employment and does not provide assurance for government or private sector jobs. Employment opportunities depend solely on the student’s skills, experience, and professional eligibility.
As stated above in Points 8 and 13, once a candidate completes registration and payment, no refund will be issued for course fees, registration fees, identity cards, or any other charges under any circumstances.

6 months – 8% interest on actual fees
